We take great lengths and pay extra to avoid these items for our own family and feel honor bound, as restaurateurs, to do the same for our clients and our community.  We source organic cucumbers, sustainable seafood and use Tamari instead of Soy in our recipes.

We believe that food should extend your days, not shorten them.
