Take a journey through Japanese inspired flavors with Chef Joan.  This is an evening where the fourth wall is removed and dining is relaxed, connected and personable.  Each dish is presented by the chef and given back story and context.  Have fun, chat with the chef, stand up and take a break between courses and make yourself at home.  These dinners are small, intimate and delightful.
